Haojue Holdings Co., Ltd. (Haojue Holdings) is a leading motorcycle manufacturer that has diversified into many other lines of business, with a number of wholly- and partly-owned subsidiaries. We have established two motorcycle manufacturing bases in Jiangmen City of Guangdong Province, Changzhou City of Jiangsu Province. We have a workforce of 12,000 employees, and as of the end of 2012, had 9.1 billion Yuan (around 1.52 billion USD) in assets and total tax contributions of 11 billion Yuan (around 1.83 billion USD).
Both Haojue and SUZUKI motorcycles manufactured by Haojue holdings, which are exported to over 80 countries and regions around the world. 2012 marks our 10th consecutive year as the industry leader in terms of motorcycles manufactured and sold. Jiangmen Dachangjiang Group Co., Ltd. (DCJ), one of Haojue Holdings’ subsidiaries, is currently China‘s largest motorcycle manufacturer. Changzhou Haojue Suzuki Motorcycle Co., Ltd., jointly established with Suzuki Motor Corporation (SMC), is currently the largest joint venture motorcycle manufacturer in scale in China. |
