"Wuyang-Honda Motors (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd was established on 1st, Aug, 1992, and it is a joint venture enterprise jointly invested by Guangzhou Automobile Group Co., Ltd., Honda Motor Co., Ltd. and Honda Motor (China) Investment Co., Ltd .The company is one of the most large-scale motorcycle manufacturing enterprises at home, which integrates R&D, manufacture and marketing altogether.
The Sino-Japan stockholders cooperate with each other sincerely. A set of operating mechanism, which combines both the Honda’s corporate culture and Chinese characteristics, has been formed. So far, the volume of production and sales of the company has reached over 10 million, in addition, the accumulative exported volume has already reached over 1 million .
The company has a wide range of 29 models such as riding motorcycles, scooters, cubs and so on, covering more than three hundred series of models. In domestic market, the company forms the “four in one” sales and maintenance service network, which consist of about 4000 dealers. As for overseas market, Wuyang-Honda motorcycles have been exported to more than 60 countries and districts, namely in, Asia, Africa, Europe, South America, North America and Middle East etc.

In 2003, the company took the lead to pass the China Compulsory Certification authentication in motorcycle industry.
In 2005, the company took the lead to switch to Europe II standards in motorcycle industry.
In 2006, the company became the only one motorcycle company which had acquired consistent exemption from the State
Environmental Protection Administration.
In July, 2009, the company held the release conference for listing new environmentally-friendly products (of State III
standards).
Compared with other motorcycle companies at home, the company had make it possible by implementation of China State III
Standard a whole year ahead of other companies in Chinese motorcycle industry.
In May, 2011, the company obtained the exemption qualification of vehicle registration.
In 2012, the company achieved the A-level qualification of China Quality Certification Center.
